I would to make a traditional Irish breakfast for st. Patricks day next year . Can anybody e-mail me a list of what dishes are served . I want the heart stopper special.

Ahh, black pudding isn’t too bad. And while potatos are a big part of Irish food they are not essential in the Irish breakfast.

Note on hearts: I (bing the one doing the reviews) have regular check ups and have a clean bill of health. I eat very healthy the rest of the time and work out to balance the fried food.

Why not help my heart by doing a review and sendign it in?

This is a traditional full English breakfast with eggs, fried bread, tomatoes, beans, black pudding, hash browns and everything you could possibly want! I think the Irish have stolen our breakfast!

I have lived in Ireland for the past year and love it – love the people, the landscape the history….

but just to give you another (and more immediate) reason than heart disease to avoid a hearty Irish Breakfast:

ireland was great, visited it in 05, very beautiful country, and thanks to the EU i saw plenty of my polish bretheran there LOL
