Bizarro: Fire Your Ass.

Here is today’s Bizarro! By the way, the missus and I finally managed to see Pirates of the Caribbean: At World’s End, and Johnny "Captain Jack Sparrow" Depp ad libbed a reference to Bizarro near the end of the movie!

For more of Dan Piraro’s comics, check out: Bizarro.

Depends on your sense of humor - I find them quite funny. In a totally Bizarro-way.

bizarro is the best ever -- funny and very often has an animal advocacy / veganism oriented message, which is rare and welcome considering its large syndication.

In Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End, Johnny Depp never references BIZARRO.

The line is "I never met Pizarro, but I love his pies."

By Pizarro, he meant Francisco Pizarro, the Spanish conquistador, but it was clearly a play on the idea of Pizarro = Pizza pies, although the two have nothing to do with each other.

I never liked Bizarro very much. It just never struck me as funny...as for the animal advocacy/veganism message, I think Get Fuzzy gets it across a little better with their much better humor. It catches my attention much more.

    But that's just my opinion.

Peace. Let's all settle down this argument around a Bizza and a Binacolada :)

Bizarro is always such limp, obvious jokes. I would expect edgier humor from a greeting card.

If you're looking for a clever comic, try Tom the Dancing Bug. Heck, Bizarro makes Dilbert sound like Bill Hicks.

Cute at first, but you've got to wonder why the man hired the ass in the first place.

And the cartoon doesn't show what the animal did to get into trouble with the boss. He should have shown it breaking something, or maybe sleeping on the job(lazy ass?).

Excellent observation, Ted! There's no setup here. It shows that you put more thought into the joke than even the writer did. =)

Johnny Depp is talking about Bizzarro Pizza in Indialantic Florida. It is where his manager, sister used to live before moving to California in 2003. Johnny loved Bizzarro Pizza Pies and ate them when in town. Thats the fact Jack!
