		<description>Reminds me of my next-door-neighbor; he used to work in an office housed in an old, old building downtown, and kept his car parked in a spot immediately behind the building. One day the facade of the building came loose, and he ended up with about 2 tons of brick &amp; mortar on top of his car. He&#039;d leased the thing about 2 months earlier.</description>
