Evolution According to North Koreans.

Here’s evolution, according to the North Koreans (as shown in a Japanese TV show):

Ever since humanity originated, it was centered around Pyongyang. The Korean people have lived for centuries around the Teh Don Gan Basin. Korean people did not migrate from other regions to the Peninsula. [...] Evolving through several anthropoids … Humanity finally reached the ancestors of modern Koreans: "The Black Mountain Grape Humanoids"

IMO, not too much wackier than some fundamentalist's view of the earth's creation/history.

Black mountain grape humanoids? Interesting. They're descended from grapes.

I know the guy that used to play banjo in "The Black Mountain Grape Humanoids". The band had its day, but then inbreeding started to take its toll.

This looks more like Japanese people having a yuk at their expense. I felt good for recognizing "chosun"

Wouldn't it be more accurate to say this was evolution according to Kim Jong Il?

At least as convincing as any other brand of evolution.

I'm with Anita, it does make more sense than creationism.

I think that evolution is the answer to "how" and not "why".
