    There used to be a place in downtown Seattle called the Iron Horse that would actually deliver your food to your table by model train. I understand there are similar places still out there, but this particular one is now long gone.

    There’s a place here where you sit at a counter and little boats float by with sushi on it. Way cooler than the conveyor belt. But that chain (genki sushi) is way more popular.

    There’s a pretty cool video on liveleak from a couple that placed their camera on a sushi bar conveyor belt in Japan. You get a view of the whole restaurant and kitchen. Here’s the link:

    We have a place here in Reno called Sushi Boat that is like this except the food comes floating around on boats.
