		<description>I am distressed that these are described as biases. Some are potentially correct ways to evaluate choices. For example, 11. Hyperbolic Discounting agrees with the economic concept of present value. 

Does one of these "biases" consider the potential negative outcome of over thinking and thereby taking too long to make a decision?</description>
