Artist Matt Bilfield created the work Peggy with 2,788 hand-cut and painted pieces of dowel rods, which means it looks different depending on the angle from which it is viewed. It’s an interpretation of m-maybe, a painting by artist Roy Lichtenstein. Link -via J-Walk Blog
