Fête des Citrons.

The Menton Lemon Festival (Fête des Citrons) is held every year in late winter. Menton is in the French Rivera, between Monaco and the border with Italy, and has a wonderfully mild climate that draws tons of tourists to see the fantastic citrus sculptures. Link More pictures here. -via J-Walk Blog
