Man, those cops are dumb.

I could still steal those wheels off of it. And remove the handle bars. And the pedals.

Cops on bikes are much cooler than what they have here: Cops on Segway scooters that cost 10x as much and can't even do half the things bikes can. I'm glad my tax dollars are going to $4,000 scooters.

i hate bike cops.
yes, they're bikes are shitty, nothing is spectacular about a cop bike except the fact that a civilian is prohibited by law to own and ride one that is branded with the police name on it.
stupid way to lock up your bike, if i could, i would take a wheel from them, just to show them how stupid it is.
okay, maybe some of them are good cops. but arent they all overweight?

well that's just dandy, but anyone with access to google can steal them bikes in a flash:

It's amazing how dumb some cops are. I had a buddy who applied for a job as a cop for a local town near me. He had to take an IQ test, and when he was done, they told him he couldn't have the job - even though in every way he was more than qualified. Their reason? His IQ was too high!

Yeah, but...you're in the donut shop. You finish your bear claw and visit the men's room. When you come out the place is at gun point. Years of training, so you know it's a squirt gun. Plus, it's lime green with orange grips. This arrest will be easy. You make your move, have the perp on the floor. Now wait a minute? Did anyone see my handcuffs? I had them just a second ago...

Except for the fact that police handcuffs all have the same key, that is. I would imagine that it wouldn't be too hard to order a key online or even at some stores. Granted, I would not want to ride around on a police bicycle.
