There are only a handful of companies that press the cards so this may be offered by more banks. I interned for Chase Credit Card services in the late 90s when they were offering this and I can assure you that the "any" picture is still limited by decency standards. We had one guy who was in his mid 50s that wanted us to put a picture of him in his birthday suit on the card as a "present" to his wife.
