		<description>A number of the US CC banks were doing this in the 90s, not sure if they still offer, but one could always call and ask.  There are only a handful of companies that press the cards so this may be offered by more banks.  I interned for Chase Credit Card services in the late 90s when they were offering this and I can assure you that the &quot;any&quot; picture is still limited by decency standards.  We had one guy who was in his mid 50s that wanted us to put a picture of him in his birthday suit on the card as a &quot;present&quot; to his wife.</description>
