Towel Folding.

Hee! That picture was taken in a cruise ship stateroom, probably a Carnival ship (though other lines do it too). They do that with the bath towels. On our honeymoon, we would come back from dinner and find an elephant, a dog, or the monkey seen above. They sold books in the gift shop explaining how to make the animals.

Noelegy is right, I’ve been on several Carnival ships, and that looks like one. In addition to leaving these in the staterooms, they would also fold them that way at the cabana near the pool. Some of the crew was downright creative in their repertoire.
