Read Carefully!

I remember going to a bar in Wichita Falls, TX, years ago where the bathrooms were similarly marked; men’s room on the left and ladies on the right, but the men’s sign was on the right with a tiny arrow pointing left, vice versa for the ladies room. I turned away from the urinal to see a woman walk in, turn red, and walk out.

I’ve similarly visited a burger joint in Frederick, MD called Wag’s. They have the restrooms right together side-by-side. One says “setters” and the other “pointers.” But they also use the arrow trick, so once you figure out which one you are (setter or pointer) you are further required to mind the arrows.

I went in for their famous burgers and fries and ended up having a existential experience just using the john!
