Make outside walls round and glass, so you can get solar heat in winter.
Use awnings on hot summer days.</description>

		<description>Instead of rotating the entire house I&#039;d think that rotating the solar collectors to follow the sun would be more efficient.  
And perhaps a lightweight wall covering could follow the sun in the summer for cooling (doing the opposite in the winter) as well.</description>
