Definitely green screened. They just shot the office from that location with the camera, didn’t move the camera, and then shot the shoe dancing around with somebody/something wearing a green sock or glove. Easy to get rid of the green sock/glove.

It’s probably just some guy in a green suit, rather than 3d. I’d be embarrassed if that was done with 3d, what with the shadows going all over the place.
