Large Hadron Collider Panorama.

Peter McCready took this neat VR panorama photo of the Large Hadron Collider [wiki] at CERN, near Geneva, Switzerland. Impressive! Link

I have a phobia of machines and large devices like this. I’m excited about the discoveries that (we hope) will be made with the collider, but I cannot bear to actually look at the picture without feeling an intense horror. Phobias are funny things, aren’t they?
