    You only have to pay if you want to print the PDF. The point is that I want to assert my copyright, and give people who want to use it for science fairs, clubs etc a responsibility to pay something for what is actually a carefully prepared document. If it's for private use, and you don't mind just seeing the pdf onscreen, then you're welcome.
