   The Pisco is something like the official drink here in Chile. In fact, everyone combines it with coke (pisco+coke = piscola) at home.

   By the way, that bottle you can buy it in Chile (continental) too. In fact, in my humble opinion, the Peruvian pisco is better than the chilean.

   When I first click on the link from the source, the source page itself has been marked as "a known spammer" and a warning message appeared with that same link to proceed to the final page. Being Neatorama the new source this may not appear when you click but may come tomorrow as more visitors follow it :/

   Thanks for the info, how bizarre. This is the first I've ever heard of our blog being labeled as spam. I wonder what causes this to appear when you click?

   I actually have one of these. You don't need to get it on Easter Island, you can get one in the Santiago Airport on the way back home. When we visited Easter Island and saw one, we pretty much had to have one.

   Pisco is really good in the traditional Chilean drink called a pisco sour. (I am sure some Peruvians will claim it is their drink, but we should all have one and get along).

   Pisco Sour
   1.5 parts sugar
   2 parts lemon juice
   3 parts pisco
   shake with ice and pour into a champagne glass.

   It is very tasty.
