June 19, 2008 in the sky above Winston, OR. Warm summer day, a few wispy clouds and a completely round rainbow. By the time I came back outside with the camera, only half the arc was visible. I saw this on the day of my husbands funeral. I't was an answer to a prayer. This happened in upstate n.y. on 07/17/1993. It seemed to turn gold as it dissapeared. Glad to see i’m not nuts.
