   You will never find the food you are trying to boil. By the time it is done cooking, your food probably floated somewhere else.

   Damn, I wish they said where it was in Chengdu - I am currently living here, love hot pot (or huo guo as it is called in putonghua), and would love to say that I dined at the world's largest hot pot; although ThOmas28 is right, you would probably lose your food after you put it in...
