    T-shirt means “pig year” and the competition of pingpong.

    In Japan, pig and swine are different animals.
    That T-Shirt drawing indicate a swine.

    Like the person said above, the first two characters which appear in the front and on the back mean literally 'pig year'. The rest of the back goes 'ping pong big competition'.
