The ones in the avrious WWD TV shows are almost all (not terribly effective) CGI, with a smattering of puppets. These suits look much, much better than the CGI stuff! Wow! If they could digitally remove the puppeteer's legs, they'd have effects worthy of the next Jurassic Park!
