Wow, that's been an attraction at a local carnival for ages... At the Jacktown Fair (which is the nation's oldest continually running fair 1865-present). But yeah, its been there for longer than I can remember. Hah.
A local outfit that rents inflatables has had one of these for years. I thought it was tacky as all get out the first time I saw it, and haven't changed my mind a bit.
