They've tried twice to graft skin and make him one, but it failed both times. This would be the kind of structure that just might work for him! I'm just waiting for them to create a replacement knee that can be injected with no cutting. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that stem cells will enable this. I'm not too picky ...
