Underbed Lift.

The Underbed Lift will hide your 50 inch flatscreen TV underneath the bed til you are ready to watch. It unfolds with via remote control in about 45 seconds, and rotates so you can watch from anywhere in the room. Is this cool or what? Push play or go to YouTube. haha, pretty neat, but i dont see the usefulness in that unless you dont have any wall space left. slow, probably expensive, and a little awkward.

The company promotes it as a way to have your room decor unspoiled by a TV. I wouldn't consider that important. The main advantage I see is the rotation. Whether that justifies the expense is another question.

Dust tends to cumulate more under the bed... not very good for a tv.

Jumping on the bed would definitly break the tv if it's still under the bed. Making some humpin with your sex partner would cause the same effect I presume.

I would hate to see the repair bill on one of those.

Just put that flat screen tv on a wall... it's prettier and a lot less expensive.

Why don't you do what has been done in the movies, and seems to be a lot cheaper?

Either hang it on the wall, or if you find it to be ugly, don't have one in your bedroom. Or, make it so you can push a button so it rotates behind the wall, similar to those walls that would have bookcases which would lead to a hidden room.
