		<description>What I think has happened here is a mix-up of terminology. This kind of thing happens all the time when you have terms flying back and forth and no one uses proper definitions or established meanings.

And in this case, the picture doesn&#039;t fit the mold of anime or manga. This image is more an American twist on a  Japanese influence.
