Same goes for computers that have been turned off but have a LAN boot enabled so you can boot them up remotely by sending a command to it. Same process can be EASILY applied to any cellphone if someone would want to. I highly doubt the cellphone manufacturers would allow such a thing though. I don't buy it as it doesn't very well jive with the way cellphone operate. Only way is to remove the battery? What about turning it off?
