It was operational for a couple of years and closed about 6 years ago. They charged $55 for a ride, and it took several rides to get the hang of operating it. It was just too expensive to ride, so it finally went out of business. You could spend all day at Six Flags Over Texas for less than 1 ride on this thing... and have more fun. There was one in Burleson, Texas... south of Fort Worth. It was operational for a couple of years and closed about 6 years ago.
They charged $55 for a ride, and it took several rides to get the hang of operating it.
It was just too expensive to ride, so it finally went out of business.

In fact, it turned out to be pretty boring after a minute or two because unexperienced "pilots" (like me and most others) simply rock back and forth as the steering is difficult.
