North Carolina resident Wallace Woodard threw away a winning $100,000 "Winter Winnnerland" lottery ticket because he didn't read the ticket's instruction on how to win.
When he decided to play again a week later, he realized that his first ticket was a winner - and so he went to the dumpster and dug around for hours until he found his original winning ticket!
Was he stoned or what?
