A new way to multiply

There are another good tricks, but this is really impressive.

I think you’re doing the same but with a graphic trick so you don’t have to remember the basic results, intead you count the intersections of the drawn lines.

    I think I'll stick to using a cacualtor. But that was pretty neat!

    Congratulations, you've discovered the polynomial equation.

    Try 76 x 69. It's not so convenient, or easy, and exposes that you're not really using anything different than old-school multiplication.
