I don't think those rules have changed much in over thirty years. By the way, Fullerton is one of those places with "lots of stern, dour puritan-types who take the zest out of life… whose rectal sphincters tighten when they see others having fun and enjoying themselves and on their own terms." This sign just happens to list the sections of the applicable penal code. Go into a mall sometime and check out the "Code of Conduct." Amusement parks, airports, the library..
