So, i suppose a group of 25 alcohol drinking canine motorcyclists who are golfing, skateboarding, or rollerblading while dumping trash and shooting off fireworks (if not outright loitering) while playing amplified music before setting up camp on a slope (or, perhaps, stream channel) while selling advertising would be out of the question?

Bastanchury Park is where my dad took me fishing when I was a tyke. I don’t think those rules have changed much in over thirty years. By the way, Fullerton is one of those places with “lots of stern, dour puritan-types who take the zest out of life… whose rectal sphincters tighten when they see others having fun and enjoying themselves and on their own terms.” (That’s my own humble opinion.)
