This ad for Nintendo DS Super Mario Bros seems so similar to the live action Super Mario at Gordon College talent night:

Straight rip-off. I think I preferred the original ideas even if the ad was better executed.

    I suggest they sue!! :)

This is the second time they've stolen that same concept. McDonalds made a commercial just like the Gordon College skit too.

    They didn't imitate,
Got inspired, definitely + they took the idea further

Inspired yes, but I hope Nintendo spoke to those students before they used it in a commercial, and hopefully also they got rewarded for the idea somehow...

I hope everyone realizes that the Gordon College students didn't innovate the "live action" stage performance concept. They probably ripped it off or were inspired by this..

The Matrix Ping Pong video is from a japanese show (I believe it's called Kasou Taishou) in which different contestants has to do that kind of things.

    Wiki for Kasou Taishou: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kasou_Taishou

Lots of vids like the Matrix Ping Pong:
