    This gives me an idea - why not an actually levitating bed? Using (electro)magnets, it shouldn't be too difficult but nevertheless unbelievably cool. Jet engines is another option ...

    floating bed was done... some european I believe, was like $10k. unfortunate choice in names, when i first glanced at it I thought it said Flatula.
