Thinking they got the scoop, a French newspaper called "20 Minutes" published a full photo of a new Apple product called iPhone that they said Apple would announce that day.
Oops, turns out the thing was only a mockup created by design firm MDI Digital!
This was in my parisian edition (at least). But the newspaper didn't affirmed that this was the future iPhone ! It has only use this fake to illustrate his article about the apple expo. The newspaper has made a mistake about the license, written "Apple", but has rectified it in his next edition.
