Tetrius is not inspired by Tetris, Tetris was inspired by the roman game Tetrius (so, Tetris was invented after the game consoles appeared somewhere around 1980 while Tetruis was invented during the existance of the Roman Empire). So … please next time do a little research or don’t hurry when u write your posts because youre disinforming the children.

Any web reference for the Roman game tetrius? I can’t find it anywhere on Google or Wikipedia.

It seems to me that these “Tetrius Fridge Magnets” probably were inspired by Tetris. With Hundreds of millions of people having exposure to Tetris, now these magnets make sense to consumers as a white elephant or a birthday gift. Had Tetris never been made, I doubt we would be seeing these magnets anywhere.
