Armless Driver Arrested Again and Again.

Ah, the irony: driving makes Michael Wiley, an armless man, feels free - yet, because he carries illegal drugs, smashes his car into other cars, and has been arrested 19 times - driving will now put him in jail.

    interestingly enough, I worked with a guy, Brian W. in oklahoma that has that same problem. he got pulled over a lot but never arrested. the interesting part is that his car was a standard…..
