BBC non-sensical comedy series "Look Around You," written by Robert Popper and Peter Serafinowicz, were a satire of 1970s educational videos. This one above is the first "module" on math.

    Look around you is fantastic. It’s all just so ridiculous! Series 2 is pretty different, but just as good.
