		<description>Any driver hitting a barrier like this would presumably be dead as all the shock of the impact blasted into him... so can I get a portable version for the next time some idiot drives into the back of my car? Looks like they make the bollard out of the same material as black box flight records and day-old pizza crusts.</description>
