This was his exhibition at World championships in 2005, it was so funny to watch it on TV!!
He is an absolute excellent skater and i love him to bits!! LOL!!!

As bri said, it's an exhibition, so he can do whatever he wants in it, besides I mean this would hardly be consider risque comparing to some ice dancing costumes!

I can't help but wonder if he placed well in the competition. I imagine he broke all kinds of rules doing that. I seem to remember some kind of controversy over an outfit a female American skater wore a few years ago for the Olympics, which was a lot less risque than this, and it nearly got her disqualified.
