    this image is fake. it is impossible for water to freeze instantle whilst in motion (slow or fast). and you cant say it is icicles hanging over it either. they form by tiny drops of water slowly dripping and dangling long enough to freeze which has been proven impossible in this case. Also if this were true, it would be so cold the people in it would be dead!
