What a load of balony!

I live in Japan and the Wagyu meat is nothing special!
My [Japanese] wife buys it every other day, and a 1kg pack will usually cost around US$10!
In fact, it resembles nothing short of stringed fat with bits of meat hanging off it!
It's virtually tasteless until covered or dipped in one of multitudes of sauces!
Anyone who pays $148 for this sandwich is definitely being ripped off!

[...] Not to be outdone by the World’s Most Expensive Sandwich, Chef Tom Bridge is making the World’s Most Expensive Cheese Toast (£345 or $604 a slice!): He will use L’Aquila White Umbrian truffles at £1,400 per kilo, and Matsutake Chinese mushrooms, which are £250 a pound and are harvested under armed guard.
For a 148-dollar burger, it'd better taste much better than the regular ones! Did anybody try one to tell us his/her experience?
