This outrages me! It makes me realy scared to think 911 operators act so dumb! Is this what happened on 911 and the katrina incident? 911 operators were playing dumb. I have 3 children and if anything happens to me and the 911 operator dosnt take my kids seriosly ..oh theyll have hell to pay..from my laywer and my family!

How can the operator not be fired? Isn’t the fact of this little boys mother dying the ultimate sign of her incompetence at her job? I hope she at least quits if she isn’t told to leave.

I hope she’s haunted forever for that. Then, I hope she gets the same when it’s her turn to go. That poor child. I wish him and his family peace.

WHAT!!! The operator won’t be fired because of her years of experience. I hope that if I ever need help I don’t get someone with her kind of experience. I feel for the kid who will be traumatized for the rest of his life.
