Our debut was in Oshkosh Wi. 1997. We won the "innovation award". We did experiment with two diffrent street power systems. One was a 49 cc motor and the other a "revolutionary-for-it's-time" electric drive unit. Alass, we ran out of money before we could sell enough of them to make a viable business out of it. It seems like there are millions of people willing to spend $5,000.00 dollars for a personal aviaition device that litteraly costs almost $10,000.00 (to properly manufacture).
