That would be the DancingUFO, from Korea. Apparently it’s “An unprecedented high-tech innovation, it will help you regain and maintain optimum health.” My guess is the only thing it’ll cut down on is the number of people who’ll approach you on the dance floor…

It could well have been some sort of commuting device with which you could hang on to overhead electric wires , bypassing the traffic below. No jams, no gas.
