   This is the Cesar thumb, not caesar, it’s a french artist, and you can find other thumbs in other cities, including Marseilles, his birthplace.

   Ah, so I stand corrected. You’re righ, So6. It’s a work of the French sculptor César Baldaccini (1921-1998).
