There can be a counter organization in the case for the North-Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO),this can be the SLAVIC-BALTIC-CAUCASIAN SECURITY ORGANIZATION (SBCSO)or the EASTERN EUROPEAN SECURITY ORGANIZATION (EESO).
This organization must not be an officially one,it can
function in secrecy. It is necessary to create this kind
of organization, because the Warsaw Pact does not exist
anymore officially and the USA wants to threaten the
stability of Asia and the Georgian War incident is the
best example, there are also other political incidents
in the case of general elections or ethnic minority
    incidents,like in China.This kind of US-Activity will
continue,if the Russian Federation and China should not react and show action. The Shanghai Cooperation
Organization (SCO) is the best example, how the NATO
can be defeated very quickly, but this is not enough
the SLAVIC-BALTIC-CAUCASIAN SECURITY ORGANIZATION (SBCSO) or the EASTERN EUROPEAN SECURITY ORGANIZATION
(EESO) is very necessary to counter very effectively
the threat that can occur,if something happens again.
This is the reason, why the Russian Federation have to
establish this new Security Framework and also
introduce the new Global Reservecurrency, the ACOM or the ACMETAL,which was mentioned by the Kazakh President.

    Best Regards
