Water Bridge.

This is Europe’s largest water bridge over the Elbe River connects the former East and West Germany, as part of the unification project. This (nearly) 1 km long, 500 million € "concrete bathtub" enables river barges to cross when the river’s water mark drops. (Thanks Kandra!)
