Quarter Shrinker.

The coin on the right is a quarter "shrunk" by a machine appropriately called a Quarter Shrinker. How does it work? By rapidly discharging a high amount of electricity to generate a very powerful and rapidly changing electromagnetic field, which then actually reforms the metal of the coin.
